Mark Kozyč is a Partner of Kozycz Advisory and the next generation of the Kozyč family business.

His work sits on the economic and financial side of an assignment. He supports financial and commercial analysis, examines business models, and tests whether the numbers support a transaction or investment.

He looks at how a business makes money, what drives its value, and where the risks sit.

Working with Anton, he adds this analytical view to the transaction and market experience already in the family.

He is also involved in the firm’s long-term development and its international orientation.
