From the contact form we process your name, email address, message, and telephone number if you add it.

The site also stores a language cookie (kozycz_lang) so we can open the site in the language you chose.

We use the form data to read your enquiry and reply.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps at your request before a possible assignment. We also rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence.

People at the firm who handle enquiries can read your message.

The form is sent through our email provider, Resend, from noreply@kozyczadvisory.cz to our working mailboxes.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing lists.

We keep the data for as long as we need to handle the enquiry and any follow-up.

We then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. As a rule we do not keep form messages longer than three years.

Email tools may process data outside the European Union.

Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
